MN 1 The Architects Private Home Design.

The building is intervowen with the landscape, through opacity, inspired by traditional japanese architecture. Variations of pockets to enjoy seriew of outdoor recreation, creates different sensations in the everchanging Icelandic climate.
Abstract combinations of planes creates multiple layers of experiences, both in the interiors and exteriors. Interpretation of perspectives and depth of fields depends not only on the different sizes of the design elements, but also on the effect created by overlapping the various layers.
